    Absolutely! We can accommodate any dietary restriction, including those based on personal or religious preferences, allergies, health goals, and more. Our chefs will work closely with you to create customized meals that meet your specific dietary needs.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We proudly serve Orlando and much of the Space Coast region, covering locations from Cape Canaveral to Melbourne. If you are outside of these areas, please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.

  • How are weekly meals packaged?

    For your convenience, our weekly meals are packaged in glass containers. We provide these for a one-time fee at cost, allowing you to enjoy your delicious meals while minimizing waste and environmental impact.

  • Do I pay for groceries?

    Yes, as part of our service, clients are responsible for covering the cost of groceries. We work closely with you to create a personalized menu and are able to source fresh, high quality ingredients you will love.

  • What are your prices?

    The total cost of our services depends on several factors, including the type of service, specific menu requirements, quantity of meals/guests, and the number of hours required. To provide you with an accurate pricing estimate, we offer a free consultation to discuss your needs. There is no obligation or contract during this consultation. Following our discussion, we will provide you with a detailed written quote.

  • What training do our chefs have?

    Our chefs are highly trained professionals with decades of experience in the culinary industry. They have received formal education from culinary schools and hold ServSafe certifications, guaranteeing their expertise in food safety practices and FDA guidelines. Additionally, we are fully insured to provide you with confidence and assurance in the quality of our service.

  • What if i need to cancel or reschedule?

    We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, we require a 72-hour notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments to our schedule. While we strive to be flexible, please note that last-minute cancellations may incur a fee. We value open communication and will work with you to find the best solution in such cases.

  • What are the accepted forms of payment?

    We accept payment through cash and major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Additionally, we accept digital payments such as Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
